On Tuesday we took Aunt Cassie to the Sacramento Temple for a picnic. It is a favorite family picnic spot for us. The grounds are beautiful and you can't beat the view. We even had a couple of geese who wanted to join us. After our picnic, we took a little walk around the temple. This has been such a great opportunity to talk with Taylor about the temple. It is so wonderful to have such a beautiful temple so close to our house!After we left the temple we went to the outlets to birthday shop for Cassie and get our kids new shoes. I have been dreading the shoe shopping, but it went really well. Both Taylor and Lylee actually cooperated!
